Reaching to the Sky this year!
As you may know, each year the staff at Watt Property try to raise money for a good cause.? During an office outing recently, involving a few glasses of wine, it came to light that Rebecca has always wanted to do a Skydive as has Pauline’s husband.? Of course that got us to thinking what a great idea for this year’s fundraiser!
We are delighted to announce that the Skydive, for both Rebecca and Beany (Pauline’s hubby) has now been booked and will take place on Sunday 13th November at the St Andrews Skydive Centre in Fife.
Rebecca and Beany have each chosen a charity, with Rebecca opting for SANDS Lothian, as sadly she can connect personally with this charity.? SANDS are a charity who provide practical and emotional? support to bereaved parents and families.? Beany has also chosen a children’s charity, being the Children’s? Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS). This Charity provides the only hospice services in Scotland for children and young people who have life shortening conditions for which there is no cure.? Both Rachel House in Kinross, Fife and Robin House in Balloch, Glasgow rely on donations to continue the service and support they offer to these children and their families.
We are asking all our clients, tenants, contractors and friends & family to help us raise as much money as we can for these charities.? Rebecca & Beany have both set up Just Giving Pages, where you can donate directly to either or both of the charities through their individual pages as well as read their personal pleas for donations.? We will also have donation boxes in our office and are happy to accept donations by bank transfer to our client account, which we will ensure is distributed between both these worthy charities.
