I have had Watt Property fully manage my 3 flats in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years now and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. Watt Property Management is by far the most professional property management firm I have come across. We have engaged Watts as our property managers for the past 5 years. Hand on heart they are the best management company we have come across and we have a number of properties leased out in other cities. What makes them so effective at how they operate is that they come to us with solutions not problems when issues arise. They are fair and take a personal stance in keeping tenants and landlords equally happy.

When I moved to the USA recently I had decision to make about who I would have manage my property. I chose Watt Property as they were close to my property and because they answered my questions in a knowledgable way. The experience for the most part has been first class and I have since recommended them to friends without hesitation. The company seems to have a good balance of managing my interests and that of the tenants. If you are new or experienced landlord I recommend them.

Pauline and her team have been amazing! Getting my flat refurbished was a daunting prospect for me but Pauline made everything easy and so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. She also kept me sane by organising roofers when an unexpected leak (thank you, Storm Whatever-your-name-was!) got in the way, which was a huge relief.
