Why?
Watt Property are very aware of how complicated property can be, regardless of whether you are looking to buy, sell or let your home. Our aim is to assist you in making the right property choices. Our Property Clinic brings you the opportunity to ask questions relative to your own circumstances. This can cover areas such as presentation of a property you are thinking of selling, refurbishment advice for selling or renting out a property, or simply just general advice on the type of costs involved in buying, selling or renting. We can also put you in touch with financial advisers, energy savings teams and legal services, who can all offer you that personal, professional service associated with Watt Property.

When?
On the last Friday of every month, between 2pm and 4pm
