Official Office Opening……
We got there in the end!? It’s been a very quick year, but we seemed to have crammed a lot into the last 12 months.? In September last year we acquired our new premises in Giles Street, moving the business into the premises in January of this year.? On Friday last week we finally held our official opening and were delighted with the attendance and the positive comments received on our new pad.? Everyone enjoyed a good old blether over a few glasses of fizz, with some soft drinks too.? The highlight for the staff was looking back over our photos from before the renovations took place.? Moving with the times…….
Marlene has been doing an absolutely great job of looking after the maintenance aspects of all our client’s properties, but as volume increases this task has become increasingly cumbersome and the administration endless.? It is with great delight that we can confirm that we are about to take on a management software program, which will not only reduce the administration on Marlene’s part, but also allow tenants to report repairs easily and for landlords to be informed quickly of maintenance issues.? Marlene is extremely pleased that the new package will also automatically chase contractors for dates and costs involved in the work passed their way, speeding up the process from booking in a job to completion.? The system will be set up over the next few weeks and we fully expect it to be up and running within 2-3 weeks.? Please look out for our new way of reporting maintenance to you and we look forward to receiving your feedback in time.? The new package is being provided by FixFlo Plus and we are sure that the new system will benefit everyone involved.
