The sun is out!

As I write our October update, the sun is shining and the winter jacket has been left at home.? Summer in Edinburgh wasn’t the best this year, but this last week has been lovely and bright in the City and surrounding areas. ?Maybe it’s the good weather that has helped our rental properties this month as they are being snapped up very quickly, with one of our properties being let within 24 hours of being put on the market.

New stationary!

Just this week we have received our new stationary with our lovely new logos and I’m sure you will agree from our photos that they look terrific.? We love our fresh new look and are keen to refresh all our information with the new branding as soon as we can.? We even have lovely new marketing brochures and presentation folders to provide to our new clients.? Please remember to recommend our services to your friends and colleagues and we will ensure a Thank You Gift is sent your way should a new client sign up with the Agency via your recommendation.

Angela has undertaken some training with TC Young Solicitors this month as a refresh on Company Lets and we are now pleased to be able to offer our landlords the option of both Short Assured Tenancies and Company Lets if and when required for their properties.? We’re happy to talk you through the pros and cons of this type of tenancy if your property could benefit .

I was lucky enough to have a few days away from the office at the end of September, when I sneaked away from family life to relax and recharge the batteries in the lovely Kenmore, by Aberfeldy, Perthshire.? Terrific scenery and perfect weather made the break just perfect.? Although, the not-so-clever part of me agreed to participate in some white water rafting activities on the River Tay.? I’ve included some photos for you to giggle over and would add that whilst the river rapids were “ok”, the team challenges were a completely different story! Thank you Splash White Water Rafting, Aberfeldy for the experience.

This month, Angela, Rebecca and myself all trialled the new Hot Yoga at Tribe Yoga in Northumberland Street.? It was a great experience and we will all certainly be going back, taking Marlene with us next time!?
