All our team members are fully qualified in residential letting agency work and frequently attend courses and seminars to ensure they are always up to date with legislation changes.
We are always on hand to help property owners throughout Edinburgh and East Lothian with their properties, whether it be in relation to their rental potential or to discuss property improvements and refurbishments.

Our Founder, with over 30 years experience of residential lets and property management. Angela has a fantastic eye for property improvements, no matter how big or small, and in the last few years we have expanded our property services to include refurbishments for all property owners throughout Edinburgh & East Lothian. Angela’s ethos is to provide exemplary customer service through well informed staff who share her passion for property.

Our Senior Manager, joined the firm in 2011 as a qualified Paralegal specialising in conveyancing and is a major asset in our lettings and refurbishment team. She is always keen to help new clients understand the process and ensures that all our clients are kept up to date with the everchanging industry news.

Joined our team as a full-time member of staff towards the end of 2019 but has been part of our admin support team for a good few years prior to becoming a Property Manager. Recently promoted to Senior Property Manager, Bethany now oversees the bulk of our managed client properties, looking after them and their tenants, which she is absolutely enjoying. Bethany loves presenting properties for marketing and making them look the best they can for advertising.

Our Trainee Property Manager, with excellent customer service skills, and a keen enthusiasm for the property industry. Mia will be supported in her training by all of the team and hopes to complete her letting agency qualification within her first year. Mia particularly enjoys meeting tenants and clients, and is primarily involved with our in-house agency properties, but also working with clients directly, to ensure smooth running of their tenancies. Mia is quick to pick up the phone to answer incoming enquiries and always happy to assist callers in any way she can

Our Trainee Property Manager who will shortly be undergoing her Letting Agency Qualification, is currently acting in a supporting role across all our properties. Ellis is new to the property industry but is extremely experienced in IT systems and a very quick learner! She particularly enjoys the marketing side of the business and is doing a great job of fielding our enquiries and carrying out viewings across the City as well as scheduling in maintenance with our team of contractors to ensure a quick turnaround of repairs for our tenants and their landlords.
