I couldn’t recommend Watt Property highly enough. The property we were looking to rent required some work prior to renting as well as a desired turnaround time of 1 month. Pauline and her team moved mountains to get everything in order and meet the deadline which was not easy. The whole process felt stress free and extremely well managed. The property is now rented and any issues or queries have been quickly communicated and rectified. 10/10 service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best letting agency I have had. Really quick response time and they address any needs within a matter of days if not sooner for urgent requirements. The staff have also been really friendly and helpful throughout the whole letting process , couldn't recommend more !

Fantastic agency! If you don't want to be a number and another tick in the INCOME box, go to Watt. Small (but mighty) local property agent, specialist in Edinburgh and around. No AI generated voices, always personal approach, responsive, proactive, efficient. They organised Let Only of our property in Edinburgh and we are very impressed with service we were given. They also manage the lets and, as far as I know, can help with upgrade of property too. Everyone in this agency is kind, polite and reliable. If we need to look for another tenant, or service around our house, they will definitely be our first choice. 100% recommended. Well done Ladies!

Finding a rental property in Edinburgh can be challenging, but Watt Property made the process smoother. I was fortunate to secure viewing slots, and the staff, particularly Skye, were polite and helpful throughout the application process. Her assistance was invaluable. Overall, I had a 5-star experience with this letting agent.

I've been renting through Watt for 5 years now, after dealing with several other (terrible) agencies in Edinburgh for over 13 years. Bethany and Skye are, hands down, the best property managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're professional, responsive, and (most importantly for me) genuinely kind and caring humans. The flat has had its fair share of issues over the years, but thanks to their quick and efficient handling, nothing has ever felt like a real problem. Finding a letting agency with heart is rare but Bethany and Skye bring exactly that to Watt Property! If I could rate them 10/5 stars, I absolutely would!

Watt Property stands out as a highly effective and personable agency in Edinburgh. Their long-term support has been invaluable, marked by their prompt issue resolution and flexibility. The agency fosters a familial environment, with a friendly and professional team. We especially appreciate Bethany's quick email responses and delightful communication style.

A welcome change from the disorganised and barely competent letting agents that we have previously had the displeasure of dealing with. A shout out to Skye and Bethany, who have been particularly brilliant throughout our previous two years of tenancy.

I have been a tenant with Watt Property for coming up to 2 years, it is without a doubt, the best experience I've had with an agent so far and I've been all over Edinburgh and London. All communications are sent out well in advance, contacting them is easy and usually met with a speedy response, I have yet to report an issue that hasn't dealt with in a timely manner. Even when I had a problem out-of-hours, the response was fantastic and they put their best efforts to resolving it. I feel that the flat and all things letting are in good hands with Watt Property. I would highly recommend their services (as tenant at least). A final note for my property manager Bethany, who is an angel. I don't recall when I've ever looked foreward to a flat inspection, but here I am. I almost wish you could take your property manager with you when you move, it's that good. Truly a gem. If you ever have the decision between a property with WP and one with another agency, you know what to do. Thank you Bethany, and the rest of the staff, you do great work and you do it well.

My partner and I had an outstanding experience with Watt Property during our 3-year tenancy. From the initial viewing of our flat to the end of our lease, we felt genuinely valued and supported as tenants. The team consistently went above and beyond, and a special mention goes to Bethany and Skye for their responsiveness and professionalism in handling any queries we had. Their dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Watt Property to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

Watt Properties have always been such a great help with running my property both with sound advice, speedy maintenance and taking very good care of my tenants. I appreciate everything the team did to help me over the years to manage all aspects of my property to an excellent standard. I highly recommended them to other landlords.

Watt Property sets itself apart by demonstrating an attentive and genuinely caring approach towards its tenants, a commendable trait that is increasingly rare in today's rental market. Unlike my experiences with other agencies, such as DJ Alexander, Watt Property consistently shows they value and prioritise their tenants' comfort and satisfaction. A special mention must be made to Skye, who has been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout my tenancy. Her approachability and promptness in resolving issues have significantly enhanced my renting experience, making it hassle-free. I cannot recommend Watt Property highly enough. They exemplify what it means to be a top-tier tenancy agency through their excellent service and tenant-first approach. Renting through them has been nothing but a breeze. Thank you, Watt Property, for your outstanding service and care!

Friendly and professional staff who provided a first class service organising maintenance work and finding me new tenants. Highly recommended!

Watt Property managed alterations to my flat in Edinburgh, including a full refurbishment. They sourced great tradespeople at fair pricing, and then supervised delivery to time and to budget. Excellent service, all delivered with a smile. Strongly recommended.

Excellent service - will be using Watt properties again for further work on the house - Angela and Pauline were great! Gavin did all the work in the house to an excellent standard - extremely happy - walls were removed - planning applications applied for and approved - I could not have done it without their help.

My experience as a tenant with Watt Property was honestly wonderful. In my case, Bethany helped me through my whole tenancy which wasn’t long, but it was excellent and she made it so easy to ask for help and providing it. I couldn’t reccomend more to rent from this company as they provide amazing and efficient one to one service that is very helpful.

I had a 4 year experience with Watt Property and couldn't be happier with their service. Since the viewing and throughout those 4 y. they always were very helpful and caring. I'd especially like to thank Laura who was our manager for the whole period. Both the communication and the issue raising process were clear and efficient. All major problems (incl. exchange of a boiler) were addressed in a timely manner.

Watt property are great at what they do. They provide a personal service, in a professional manor. They are friendly and efficient, always answer questions in good time and are brilliant at helping hapless landlords through the tricky hurdles of property letting. I will definitely be using them again and look forward to the next opportunity of doing business with them.

Pauline, Bethany and Laura have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I didn't even have a property when I first met Pauline, but from the get go it was obvious she goes above and beyond for her clients, advising me on a potential purchase and even attending viewings with me and offering her input. Close to a year later, Pauline and her team were happy to help with all aspects of putting the property on to market, suggesting home improvements, organising works and always being available via phone or email for my numerous questions! They have been endlessly patient, and throughout have been helpful and professional, and always with a smile. Within two weeks of the property going on to market they found ideal tenants, and I'm very happy with their services. I can't recommend Watt Property highly enough - I'm very grateful I walked through their door and found such a great team!

Watt Property are a fantastic agency in Edinburgh. We have been with them for several years and they have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, quick to sort any issues and very flexible around us as tenants. There is definitely a “family-feel” to the agency and we have gotten to know most of the team over the years. They have all be equally friendly, professional and as always helpful. Bethany has be brilliant to work with, she is so quick to respond to emails and has a lovely manner. Pauline and Laura have also been great. They really do have a wonderful team, and we feel very lucky to have come across them. When we first signed our contract they went through every aspect of it slowly and clearly with us and we really appreciated it. They also care about the property they rent, so I had no hesitation recommending to my family when they were looking for an agency to rent their property with. I could not recommend this agency more highly! Our property manager Bethany helped us find this flat and we will be forever grateful!

My wife and I moved to Edinburgh in September, during the rental crisis. We loved a house shown to us by Watt property. Their process was seamless, transparent and very efficient. We moved into our rented home, notified the team of certain maintenance issues that required attention. These issues were sorted out promptly. Thank you Laura, Pauline and Bethany. We'd recommend Watt property in a heartbeat.

I have had Watt Property fully manage my 3 flats in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years now and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. Always quick, friendly, helpful and efficient with email/telephone communication, very thorough with their property marketing and tenant vetting/checks. They always seem to find the perfect tenants who end up staying in the flats for a long time and who treat the properties very well, not to mention a very fair but competitive pricing structure both with regards to the current rental market and commission for the full management service. Special mention to both Pauline and Bethany, they both always go the extra mile and keep me fully informed of any developments with regards to my properties. Would never hesitate to recommend Watt property to anyone, they are a great, knowledgeable team who really strive to offer the best service possible.

So far we have dealt with Bethany at Watt Property who has been very helpful with us trying to let a property super quickly, she responds fast and effectively and hasn't left us wondering about anything - she also emails like a human and not a robot which is rare for letting agents, hence taking the time to review. Fingers crossed we get to be Watt tenants!

I've been renting for 6 years with many different rental agencies and Watt property is the most outstanding so far. Not a single agency went through the tenancy contract with us meticulously, until Watt property. Other agencies merely give tenants a document expecting us to understand everything on our own and sign ourselves away. Bethany has been very professional, accommodating and patient and we're fortunate to have her!

Laura at Watt Property is absolutely excellent. She is extremely attentive and fast acting, and balances her obligations seamlessly.

Excellent service and support throughout the process of securing a rental property.
