All communications are sent out well in advance, contacting them is easy and usually met with a speedy response, I have yet to report an issue that hasn't dealt with in a timely manner. Even when I had a problem out-of-hours, the response was fantastic and they put their best efforts to resolving it. I feel that the flat and all things letting are in good hands with Watt Property.
