On Monday the 3rd of October, changes were made to our current interest free loan schemes and applicants can now receive a grant of 25% of their quoted costs, up to a maximum of ?3,750 per property (subject to availability).New Grant funding available?

This grant funding is available for private sector landlords for up to 3 properties.
