Energy Savings Advice for Landlords – Update

Advice from Home Energy Scotland

Are you a private sector landlord and looking to make energy efficiency improvements to your rental properties? If so, Home Energy Scotland’s specialist advisor, funded by the Scottish Government, – Aisling O’Reilly, is here to help and provide impartial advice.

 

 

 aisling Aisling delivers a specialist landlord advice service on improving energy efficiency and can:

•      advise on how to raise the EPC rating of your properties

•      deliver free advice and property energy efficiency assessments

•      speak about the financial assistance available to landlords and how to access it

•      Provide guidance on the support and funding available to tenants

 

On Monday the 3rd of October, changes were made to our current interest free loan schemes and applicants can now receive a grant of 25% of their quoted costs, up to a maximum of £3,750 per property (subject to availability).New Grant funding available 

This grant funding is available for private sector landlords for up to 3 properties.
