Angela & Pauline attended a very well organised ARLA/NAEA Event at Heriot Watt University this month, which offered a wealth of information on all aspects of Letting and Estate Agency legislation, services and updates. One of the main points that we came away with from the Conference was the point that many Agency Clients are unaware of all the services that their Agent can provide and on that theme I thought it would be a good time to provide you with a list of services that we can provide you along with our management and estate agency service. If you would like to find out more about these services please contact either Pauline or Angela and we would be delighted to assist. You may also have friends or family that are looking for these services, and again, please put them in touch with us ensuring that they mention your name when contacting the Agency so that we can thank you with our referral gift of John Lewis vouchers.
Block Buildings/Landlord Insurance – Watt Property hold a block policy for building and landlord insurance, which our landlords are invited to receive a free no-obligation quote for if they would like to consider being included on our Policy. The main benefit of being included on our Policy is that we are noted as an interested party on the policy, allowing us to assist you with any claims that may arise. There is also the advantage of us not having to ask you for confirmation of your renewed policy each year for our records.
Accountancy Service – We work closely with a firm of Accountants who offer a very similar friendly, professional service as ourselves and they are very experienced in preparing accounts for end of tax year purposes on behalf of Landlords. If you are looking for guidance or assistance with your accounts we would be delighted to put you in touch with them.
Independent Financial Adviser – Are you thinking of increasing your portfolio, or assessing your finances, our Financial Adviser can be on hand to help you along with your decision making and find you the ideal products to suit your needs.
