There’s no limit to how many referral rewards you can receive in a year and what’s more, as an extra thank you from us, each referral will be added to our annual prize draw for a luxury Christmas Hamper, to be drawn in the first week of December.

This Rewards Scheme is open to all clients, tenants, contractors and associates of the Agency, with the reward issued upon an Agency Agreement being signed by a first time client and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Watt Property reserve the right to withdraw an Offer at any point. Any offer, subject to a reduction of costs, includes VAT within the discounted amount. Only one offer can be used at any time and are only valid for new clients who have not used any of our services previously.

Our annual prize draw for referrals will take place in the first week of December on the day that the office Christmas tree is put up. Each referral received will be given a ticket and placed in the draw. The draw will be made by a member of staff and announced on social media, with only the winner’s name being announced. We will notify the winner by email on the day of the draw and they will have 7 days to accept their prize. If the prize is not accepted within 7 days, a new draw will take place with the remaining tickets.
