Watt Property Management was initially set up by Angela Watt in 1997 to factor her own properties. Since then the business has expanded and we provide a full range of factoring services for landlords. We also carry out small developments. Our ethos is to provide a friendly, helpful and informative service to landlords and to ensure that tenants have the best experience of renting possible. We carry professional indemnity insurance up to £100,000.

 

Our Staff

Angela Watt

Angela has been involved in the letting industry for over 20 years. In 1997 she decided to set up Watt Property Management to let properties that she had acquired over a period of time. Since then she has qualified as a Solicitor and is therefore well placed to provide advice on the legal technicalities of the letting industry and the plethora of legislation that the Scottish Executive has brought out since its inception.

Muriel Purves.

Muriel has been with our staff since the business started. She is currently our operations manager. Her current duties include liasing with contractors and viewing and vetting tenants as well as dealing with any maintenance issues. Muriel has proved an invaluable member of our staff and many of our tenants have appreciated seeing her sunny disposition marching towards them to sort out any maintenance problems that they may have.

Lisa Payne.

Lisa joined Watt property in 2007 and is our client care officer. She ensures that properties are regularly inspected to minimise maintenance issues and liaises with tenants to ensure that their experience of letting with Watt Property is optimised. Her welcoming and helpful manner and work ethic are a positive asset to the firm.

Pauline Smith.

Pauline is our Office Manager and newest member of staff. She joined Watt Property in mid 2011 although she previously worked for Angela while she was practising law. She is a qualified paralegal specialising in property bringing additional expertise to the business where she focuses in attracting new Landlords and facilitating maximum returns on their properties. Her professional attitude and friendly demeanour are qualities appreciated by both staff and clients alike.
